Lee began his career in natural resource management and made the switch to Information Technology with Hewlett Packard, Inc. This was a significant change from working outdoors to managing global IT systems during Y2K, then jumped into developing and providing sales training programs for teams focused on consumer and enterprise sales as well as marketing strategies in the high-tech industry. He completed his career overseeing specialized network installations for the company’s R D community in the US, Europe, South America and parts of Asia where he collaborated with diverse groups of Engineers, Real Estate Specialists, HR, Legal, IT, Finance, Executives and just about anyone who had a role in creating, designing and bringing products to market. His goal is to share his business experiences around sales and marketing strategies, planning and project management with others that lead to new ideas and growth for our small business communities. In his spare time, Lee can be found practicing yoga, hiking the foothills with several dogs or padddling the rivers and exploring new places in the mountains we call Ida-home.
